I have found that some of the third party websites tell you they are giving you a 25% net rate when actually they are giving you a 33%! (it's all a matter of numerator and denominator). Our poor sales forces take people at their word and than they get taken. One of the big tricks had to do with offering specials on the third party sites (like stay 4 nighs pay 3 or etc).
