our buffet in the hotel very important to guest , it must be attractive to our guest so :


- Plan your buffet design carefully and food presentation because that is very important for the guest satisfaction.

- Emphasize freshness and conistent quality but don"t orget variety because guests like some surprises on the menu.

- Keep the presentation fresh by serving food in a small containers and replenishing it often.

- The server must have information about the menu to answer the guest questions.

- Control costs carefully to ensure the profit.


In the end you must know that the buffet is a tool for promoting your banquet.

I agree to what you have said above, all these aspects make a lot of difference as presentation is of utmost importance.

Restaurant Equipment Financing
I agree with that. What I found very important for large buffets is the position of the tables. It is most annoying for people if they have to stand in line for a long time in order to get their dish. Where I worked once (large recreation resort for 1000 people) we resolved this problem by extending the lunch/dinner times and preparing all buffets in order for the people to reach them from all sides and be able to go around them, no long tables where you can just access from one side. Seems logical but not all restaurants think of this fact.
