Chef hassan is a pastry chef and when he participate in any competition he must take a prize , So we must know why chef hassan take a prize. When we asked him he said :
1 - Searching the new throw the internet in the hospitality world.
2 - Exchanging the information with my friends throw my membership in the hotel industry pros.
3- I always try to create new things.
4- Internal and external training throw my organization. It is very important That the trainee must have the desire to learn and also the trainer must have the desire to train . and this is the role of the organization.
