what is the sequence service to make check-in for a group over than 80 pax???

you can take them all to one place like conference or small banquet hall and proceed with the check in procedures

i had situation like this i can tell you what we use to do...
thank you Mr. Bassel for your answer but just i'd like to enquire about other ways to proceed check-in procedures coz i used this way in one hotel and 02nd one in another hotel like to be responsible on check-in from a-z: give the guest envelope contains all information about the hotel some luggage stickers and guide him to his room.

wish is completely wrong
a group of guest coming together are usually guest in Vacation so first impression is so important (envelop idea is so creative)
but always try to make your check in with less effort from your guest. they will appreciate it more
I am totallyagree with you.You should always treat each guestas VIP and systematic check in like a robot that is not what custmers expacting in this days. A lot of hotel offer check in but diffarance is in "Three step of service" which we apply at the Ritz Carlton.If you need any help in group check in please feel free to contact me
Thank you for all, but this process of check-in takes a few seconds.
I would suggest that all room key's should be kept ready before they arrive, as well the registration form or cards.
There must be somebody who's in-charge of the group bookings and other activities, it is preferred that you speak to this person and get all guest information sent to you in the pre-arrival stage. Upon arrival get the guest sign hand the key and show them the way to their rooms.
always communicate with the person who is taking care of the group inquiries for further details.
Remember you do not want to see your lobby crowded.

the keys and rc`s .the luggage stickers ,and the passport list with the tour leader or guide and requests and rooms are blocked just c/in and ring the bell
I have had faced with this kind of difficult especially in peak season, 5 groups at the same time. Please let me share of my knowledge as follows:

1) Preparts one day ahead for all arrival
2) Reservation teams to making sure Tour Operator or Organizer for final status of all rooming & naming list, as well expected time of arrival & departure for next day
3) upon group arrival, keys and rooming list to be sperate each group by morning shift members, check all room status before group arrival
4) Bell team have to organize for luggages to be in sperated spcaes
If we are well prepared for all groups, you will gain an express check-in within a few minutes

There is many ways to check in group maybe even over than 80 pax maybe we used to use this
1. prepare for group arrivals (read group resumes, on arrival list highlight the group arrival and check reservation record)
2. block rooms for group arrival (try to block it in the same floor or in the same area)
3. prepare preregistration envelopes for group members (registration cards and keys)
4. register guests (registration cards, payment method as individual member)
5. give the group member full info about their meal plan, hotel services and regulation)
6. hand out the room keys envelopes to the group member
7. ask the guest to return to the entrance and identify their luggage if it was not tagged with their names before.
8. provide a copy of the arrival list to the bell captain if the bell attendants delivering luggage.
Hello dear Members , we " webpmspro ( WPP) as a web-based property management and distribution system provider, have now implemented our new " GRC " Guest Registration Card feature which enables the frontoffice team to significant pull down the issues and workflow of individual and / or group checkIN processes. The new feature will soon provide the abilty to print the room keys, pintout the luaggage stickers ).
All GRCs that has been once saved to the guest database , can be used for any next guest return and printed out , so guest only needs to sign the document. Along the GRC processing and printing of the document, the guest will be automatically checkIN ! No need to checkIN he guest again.

I worked in a place where we had large arrivals every Saturday. So all the staff had to be present this day. The chores were divided. One controlled the name, the next one gave them all the information and the key and the next one brought them to their room. So they still had the possibility to ask questions and have a small talk on the way. Another possibility - if there isn't so much staff - prepare a welcome drink for them. They will be happy to have a little break after the journey and won't have to stand in line. The preparation before the check-in is also very important - if there is a possibility we always consult the group leader with the room list - if there is a bus they sometimes take all the keys and hand them out already there so people don't have to stand and wait in the hall.
