thank again, yes I have come to believe Opera is the preffered software and I will investigate, I want to train people on hospitality software in france , I am just in the early stage of my research so, but in france everybody ask you to know Opera software but there is n't anywhere to learn to do it.
do you think it is possible or am I just out of my mind?

better use a custom software for your company. it would specifically fit to your needs and wants. your staff would be much easier to train since the input method of your software would be much like your hard copy. :)
by the way, i know custom made software is very expensive especially if your going for a well established programming company. you can actually get a cheap one on sponsoring term papers of computer science. financing their term papers gives you right to use their softwares. actually your helping one another, in making a hotel inventory and accounting system they needed somebody who is expert on the field of reservation, check in/out, office/kitchen/housekeeping inventory, etc. helping them know what details to input, database to keep, etc.
